Nikki is a super friendly world traveler who is health-o-lutionalizing our Friday lunches. But watch out if you face her on the ping pong table because she brings her passion for competition with her wherever she goes.
Nikki joins the Sparkbox team as Office Manager where she’ll take care of invoicing and all the other odds and ends the office needs on any given day—including Friday lunches. And she’s not shy about pushing for improvements where she can. Her first week here, Nikki was already taking her love of healthy eating and invading our Friday lunches with extra healthy options. But when her roasted carrots taste as good as they do, no one minds.
Nikki’s love of healthy living doesn’t stop with food. In addition to being fiercely competitive and loving team activities, Nikki enjoys being active outdoors by biking, camping, hiking, and traveling. In fact, she took a trip to Europe with her husband Nick just a bit ago. (Yep, that’s right, Nikki is married to Nick). They had a blast exploring new cities and learning the intricacies of other cultures—including how their transportation works. And while she loves Europe, she knows the US has amazing locations too. Nikki would love to go back to Washington some time to hike the mountains and enjoy the views.
